Notable amongst its various projects are Okikijesu Olawuyi, then a 3-year-old girl born with less than 50% of her skull (a first in medical history), and Ali Ahmadu Chibok, a spinal cord injury victim of Boko Haram, in Chibok LGA of Borno State, Nigeria. Both are thriving today. GIPLC raised $234,000.00 for Miss Okiki Jesu, and relocated her and her family to the United States of America for treatment at the renown John Hopkins Hospital.
